Zeom raises US$2,7 million in pre-seed round to expand its financial platform to Brazil
Zeom raised US$2,7 million in a pre-seed round led by Fabric Ventures to expand its global account, strengthen its technology and accelerate its growth in Brazil.

Zeom announced the close of a pre-seed round of approximately US$2,7 million, capital it will use to accelerate the growth of its platform, strengthen the technology behind its solution and officially launch operations in Brazil with a global account and international investment offering.
Fabric Ventures leads the investment alongside new strategic partners
The round was led by Fabric Ventures, a global venture capital firm specializing in fintech, blockchain and digital assets. The accelerator Plug and Play and Spanish fund Tritemius, based in Madrid and focused on emerging technologies and digital assets, also participated.
Until now, Zeom had operated in stealth mode with a limited customer base. With this new capital, the company aims to accelerate its expansion and scale the development of its platform.

Zeom aims to facilitate access to international investments
Founded by entrepreneurs Rafael Pereira, André Bastos, Bruno Maia and Roberto Ono Filho, the fintech presents itself as a bridge between local currency and international financial markets.
Its platform lets users instantly convert reais into a global account via Pix and access international investments and other financial services backed by blockchain-based infrastructure, all from a single app available for iOS and Android.
According to Rafael Pereira, the company’s co-founder, the goal is to lower the barriers to entry for people who want to invest outside Brazil.
“The next step is to democratize access to global assets, enabling more investors to diversify their wealth, protect their purchasing power in strong currencies and access international opportunities simply, securely and transparently,” the executive said.
The offering includes investments starting at approximately US$9, as well as an international card accepted in more than 190 countries.

The fintech is targeting 50.000 customers in Brazil before the end of 2026
According to the company, the platform has already been validated in a testing phase with hundreds of customers in Brazil.
With the new funding, Zeom plans to accelerate user acquisition and reach 50.000 active customers in the country before the end of 2026.
Fabric Ventures sees growth opportunities in Latin America
For Fabric Ventures, a firm founded by investors from the European fund Firestartr, the region continues to offer favorable conditions for developing new financial platforms, despite competition from companies such as Nomad, Wise and other fintechs that already offer global accounts and investments.
The thesis is based on factors such as growing digitalization, widespread adoption of instant payments and increasing interest in wealth diversification.
Anil Hansjee, General Partner at Fabric Ventures, highlighted the potential of the Latin American market.
“Latin America combines an increasingly digitalized population, widespread adoption of instant payments and growing demand for wealth diversification, creating favorable conditions for new financial platforms to emerge. We believe Zeom is well positioned to accelerate this transformation and expand access to global tools for preserving and growing wealth,” he said.
