Startup Avenue 2026, the competition for LATAM startups at Volcano Summit
The Volcano Innovation Summit competition will select 50 startups from the region to connect them with investors, capital and expansion opportunities in Antigua Guatemala.
Startup Avenue Competition, the high-impact program for startups, as part of Innovation Summit — has opened applications for its seventh edition, with limited spots for 50 startups from across the region. The deadline to apply is 29 of May 2026, and the event will take place from 5 to 7 of September in Antigua, Guatemala.
The regional competition for LATAM startups
Startup Avenue Competition is designed for founders with real traction who are looking to take the next step: international visibility, access to capital and strategic connections with the ecosystem shaping the future of Latin America. The program is a curated experience that supports selected startups before, during and after the event in Guatemala.
Startups taking part in this edition will receive the following benefits:
- Intensive fundraising preparation
- Pitch coaching and refinement
- Demo Day in front of active funds and investors
- Networking with corporations and regional leaders
- Investment opportunity of up to $100,000 USD from Side Door Ventures
- Media-for-equity worth up to $150,000 USD with Publimovil
- Additional media grant of $25,000 USD
