Sandwiche raises US$270 thousand in Seed round led by Bossa Invest and Raio Capital

Sandwiche, a Brazilian startup focused on creator marketing, closed a Seed round of approximately US$270 thousand with participation from Bossa Invest and Raio Capital. The deal adds to the approximately US$360 thousand previously raised in an angel round that included investors such as Anderson Chamon and Gustavo Raposo.

Founded in 2023, the company began operations with a “store in bio” tool that allowed content creators to bring together sales made through social media in one place. The feature helped the platform reach nearly one million registered creators.

Former PicPay executives lead the startup

Much of the founding team at Sandwiche comes from PicPay. Current CEO Luiz Fernando Dinizserved as the fintech’s CPO for nearly five years. The team also includes Rodrigo Oliveira, the current CPO, and Diego Jovanholi, CDO, both former PicPay executives.

The founding team is rounded out by Vagner Nascimento as CTO and Marcos Fernandes as CRO.

In 2024, the startup made a strategic pivot and began operating as a marketing platform for brands and influencers, entering a market that includes companies such as BrandLovers.

Focus on nano and micro-influencers

According to Luiz Fernando Diniz, Sandwiche’s differentiator is its specialization in nano- and micro-content creators, profiles with between 5 thousand and 50 thousand followers.

“These campaigns feel more authentic and less like traditional advertising. That’s where the performance comes from: small, engaged communities,” the CEO explained.

Demand for this type of campaign came directly from clients. Sandwiche currently works with companies of various sizes, from digital brands such as Emma Colchões and Positive.co—which includes brands such as A Tal da Castanha and Jungle—to global corporations such as Mastercard and General Motors.

Startup accelerates growth and international expansion

During the first quarter of 2026, Sandwiche doubled its total revenue for all of 2025. The startup currently has between 20 and 25 active clients and already operates outside Brazil.

One of the most notable cases is Emma Colchões, whose creator operations in Spain and Germany already use Sandwiche’s platform. The company focuses much of its marketing strategy on content creators and avoids investing in traditional channels such as television. In 2025, 57% of Emma’s global revenue came from this channel.

The startup also noted that nearly 15% of its base of almost one million registered creators is already based in Latin America, providing a starting point for expansion into other markets in the region.

Artificial intelligence and automation power the platform

The funds raised in the new round will go toward strengthening the sales team, accelerating the platform’s technological development, and expanding features related to brand safety, including content approval and validation processes.

The company also aims to refine its matchmaking system between brands and creators.

Much of Sandwiche’s technology infrastructure already runs on artificial intelligence. In customer support, autonomous agents communicate directly with creators via WhatsApp, while human teams step in only when needed.

“We want to build an increasingly robust platform from a technological standpoint, especially when it comes to analyzing creators’ reputations, which is very important to brands, as well as discovering new creators,” said Luiz Fernando Diniz.

In addition to consolidating its presence in Brazil, one of the round’s main goals is to support the company’s international expansion.
