Loopia accelerates expansion after raising up to US$1,6 million in Seed round
Loopia raised US$1,2 million to expand its generative AI platform for e-commerce and marketplaces, with the potential to reach US$1,6 million.

Loopia secured a seed investment of approximately US$1,2 million, with the possibility of the round reaching US$1,6 million if the company meets certain growth targets. The funds will support the Brazilian startup’s expansion and the scaling of its generative artificial intelligence platform for e-commerce and marketplace operations.
The round brings in a new strategic investor
The round was led by Parceiro Ventures, which joins Loopia’s cap table for the first time as a strategic investor and has committed to investing up to an additional US$365.000 (approximately R$2 million) if the company meets its established growth targets.
Existing investors Quartzo, Funses I, the Espírito Santo State Sovereign Wealth Fund, ACE Founders and BVC Latam, who had already backed the company in its US$670.000 pre-seed round, which closed in February 2025.
Founded in 2024 by CEO Tiago Vailati and CTO Anderson Fantini, Loopia is entering its second year of operations after recording 25-fold growth during 2025. The company is now focused on strengthening its commercial operations, expanding its corporate customer base, and increasing the number of digital channels where its artificial intelligence agents operate.
A founding team with experience in technology and entrepreneurship

Loopia is the second startup founded by Tiago Vailati. At age 25, he created Hiper, a software company specializing in management solutions for small retailers.
The company was acquired by Linx (Stone) in 2019 for approximately US$9,1 million, and Vailati remained at the helm of the business until 2022.
To create Loopia, the entrepreneur joined forces with Anderson Fantini, who has 15 years of experience in the technology sector and has led more than 100 software development projects across various industries.
AI agents support the entire customer experience
Loopia’s platform centralizes customer service, marketing activities, and operations across multiple digital sales channels in a single ecosystem.
Its artificial intelligence agents operate on platforms such as WhatsApp, Mercado Livre, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopee, Magalu, Kabum, Casas Bahia, MadeiraMadeira, and e-commerce solutions such as Shopify.
According to the company, the agents respond to inquiries in less than 30 seconds, 24 hours a day, and support every stage of the customer journey, from presales and customer service to shipment tracking and abandoned cart recovery.

Investment will drive product development and commercial expansion
According to CEO Tiago Vailati, the new funds will go toward product development, expanding the ecosystem of supported channels, and growing the business overall.
The startup aims to grow its business at least fivefold over the next 18 months.
“We’ve been building AI agents that work where e-commerce actually happens. We started by integrating with the leading marketplaces, and now we’re expanding into independent e-commerce stores and niche marketplaces,” Vailati said.
A generative AI-native architecture sets the platform apart

For Parceiro Ventures, one of Loopia’s main differentiators is its platform’s technological architecture.
Rather than adding artificial intelligence to traditional automation tools, the solution was built from the ground up using generative artificial intelligence.
“With AI, automation stops being just about automated responses and begins to involve context, prioritization, and the execution of operational workflows. Loopia was built natively with generative AI, not as an automation platform with an AI layer added later, and customers have seen it work in practice,” said Diane Zehil, vice president of Parceiro Ventures.
In addition to this new investment, Loopia has been part of the WhatsApp AI Startups Hub since 2025, an accelerator program run by Meta and WhatsApp that strengthens the company’s growth strategy for developing AI-powered e-commerce solutions.
