Kaudal: The startup bringing automation to every team, without the need to code

In a world where technology is advancing faster than many companies’ operational capacity, Kaudal has arrived with a transformative proposition: teaching non-technical teams to automate tasks, without having to write a single line of code.

The startup—founded by members of the team behind Laboratoria—was born out of the realization that no matter how much tech talent is trained, the bottleneck will persist if the rest of the organization lacks the tools to solve its own challenges.

Kaudal wants to democratize digital autonomy within companies: training, supporting, and empowering every team to free up time and focus on what really matters.

And they’re making it happen. Today, thousands of people are already learning on its platform, which personalizes the learning experience based on the tools each user works with.

Companies also retain visibility and control, allowing them to scale automation strategically and securely.

Recognition at TecPrize 2024

This edtech startup was one of the three selected for TecPrize 2024, an initiative by the Institute for the Future of Education at Tecnológico de Monterrey that highlights the most innovative education solutions in Latin America and the Caribbean.

In its most recent edition, the program received more than 200 applications from 40 countries, and Kaudal stood out for its proven impact, practical approach, and vision aligned with the future of work. As one of the winners, they received USD 10.000 for third place, along with a range of benefits that are now accelerating their growth:

  • 🧠 Mentorship in strategy, metrics, and impact
  • 🤝 Access to an active network of edtech founders and experts
  • 🌍 Visibility at the IFE Conference, in front of more than 8.000 people
  • 🛠 Resources to strengthen their product and scale their model

“The most valuable thing was stepping away from operations and spending that week in person in Monterrey. Meeting other founders, sharing experiences, and showcasing what we’re building. That made all the difference,” says Ana María Martínez, Kaudal’s co-founder and Chief Growth Officer.

What’s next for Kaudal?

In addition to its training programs, Kaudal is investing in tools to amplify its impact. Today, anyone can access its Kaudal Calculator —a free tool that helps identify which tasks can be automated, which tools to use, and how much time can be freed up.

They are also developing their control tower, a system that will allow companies to monitor automation, scale best practices, and recognize their most active teams.

With a presence in several countries in southern Latin America, in 2026 they plan to expand to Mexico, and the momentum from TecPrize is already serving as a platform for that expansion.
