Jusfy raises US$15 in Series A led by Quona Capital
Jusfy raised US$15 to expand Jusfy Pay and develop new artificial intelligence solutions.

Jusfy announced the closing of a US$15 million Series A funding round led by Quona Capital. With this funding, the Brazilian legaltech aims to accelerate the expansion of its financial services platform, strengthen the development of new AI-powered solutions, and launch a version for law students.
Quona Capital leads the funding round
The Series A round was led by Quona Capital and included participation from Spectra E Investments, LegalTech Fund, FJ Labs, MAYA Capital, and Thomson Reuters Ventures, Thomson Reuters’ venture capital arm.
The deal comes just over a year after the company’s pre-Series A round, led by SaaSholic, which also included Norte Ventures and several investors who backed the company again in this latest round, including MAYA Capital, FJ Labs, and The Legal Tech Fund.
Although the amount of that investment was not publicly disclosed, estimates published by Startups put the round at between US$4,5 million and US$6 million, based on the equity dilution typically seen in funding rounds up to Series B.
Investment will fuel Jusfy Pay and new AI capabilities
Jusfy will primarily use the new funds to strengthen Jusfy Pay, its financial services solution developed for legal professionals.
The company will also invest in developing new AI features for its platform and launch a version specifically designed for law students, expanding its offering beyond practicing lawyers.
The company describes itself as an AI-powered operating system for Brazil’s legal industry, integrating technology and financial services to support legal professionals throughout their workflows.
Valuation reflects the company’s growth

Founded in 2021, Jusfy reached a valuation of nearly US$30 million during its previous funding round.
The company has not disclosed its valuation following the US$15 million Series A. However, estimates published by Startupsput it at between US$80 million and US$106 million.
The publication clarified that it had not accessed the deal terms and that its calculations were based on valuation practices commonly used in the venture capital industry.
Investors highlight Jusfy’s fintech potential
Although Jusfy develops solutions for the legal sector, its investors believe one of its biggest growth opportunities lies in its financial services business.
In a letter to its investors, Quona Capital, a global venture capital firm specializing in fintech, highlighted the opportunities presented by Jusfy’s expansion into financial services and underscored the strategic role products such as Jusfy Pay play in the company’s long-term growth strategy.
With this new investment, Jusfy aims to continue expanding its AI-powered platform and strengthen its position at the intersection of legal technology and embedded financial services in Brazil.
