Jeeves, the B2B fintech, raises $100M USD from Community Investment Management to strengthen its product lineup in Mexico
Jeeves receives US$100 million from CIM to expand its credit line in Mexico, boost its spend management platform, and strengthen its growth in the country.

The new financing will expand Jeeves’ lending capacity and allow it to serve more Mexican businesses through its global spend management platform and financial operations in the country. With this transaction, Jeeves’ credit line with Community Investment Management (CIM) increases from US$75 million to US$175 million.
Mexico City, 11 December 2025. Jeeves, a global financial infrastructure platform for businesses, announced new financing of US$100 million from Community Investment Management (“CIM”), an institutional impact investment manager that provides strategic debt capital to demonstrate and scale responsible credit innovation for underserved segments. The funds will support Mexican businesses using Jeeves’ unified global platform for business expense management, corporate cards, bill payments, and treasury services.
This transaction comes as Mexico is becoming Jeeves’ largest market globally, with revenue in the country increasing by more than 250 % over the past 12 months and net revenue retention consistently exceeding 130 %. Growth is being driven by rapid adoption among enterprise clients, which are increasingly using Jeeves’ multiproduct spend management platform as the company expands its presence across the country.
“The rapid growth we’re seeing in Mexico reflects a clear shift among businesses, which are looking for a single, intelligent, easy-to-use platform to provide visibility, control, and automation across all their corporate spending. This is reflected in our now having the highest average revenue per customer compared with local fintechs and banks. This financing focused on Mexico gives us the capacity to support larger organizations and double down on the momentum we’re seeing in the country. It is also a key part of our strategy to build country-specific credit programs across the region”, said Dileep Thazhmon, Jeeves’ founder and CEO.
Jeeves, which saves global businesses time and money, now serves thousands of companies in sectors such as technology, mobility, logistics, and e-commerce. These include industry leaders such as SmartFit, BMW, Lululemon, H&M, MacroPay, Kueski, and Nubank, as well as thousands of businesses of different sizes across Mexico. Most of these clients use multiple products, including cards, software, payments, and credit solutions, positioning the company as the go-to spend management platform for Mexico’s fastest-growing businesses.
Mexico has strengthened its role as an innovation hub for Jeeves, leading the rollout of advanced capabilities tailored to the country’s regulatory environment. These include automated invoicing features compatible with the SAT, which streamline the creation and reconciliation of CFDIs using artificial intelligence, as well as new payment and ERP integrations, travel and expense APIs, and solutions for cross-border operations. Through a third-party provider, Jeeves also enables access to dollar-backed stablecoin wallets designed to streamline reconciliation and settlement between countries. Together, these advances establish Jeeves as Latin America’s leading unified corporate spend automation platform.
This financing comes alongside the recent appointment of Pablo Cortina as Jeeves’ Chief Risk Officer (CRO), a professional with more than two decades of experience in credit risk, fraud, data science, and artificial intelligence models in digital banking. He will strengthen the risk and compliance infrastructure that supports the expansion of the company’s financial automation platform and credit solutions. Before joining Jeeves, Cortina spent more than 12 years at Capital One (United States).
“At Community Investment Management, we focus on partnering with platforms that expand access to modern financial infrastructure”, said Elena Amato, Managing Director at Community Investment Management. “Jeeves’ traction with businesses in Mexico is exceptional, and this financing is designed to help meet growing demand for credit solutions and advanced corporate spend management tools. We’re excited to continue supporting its expansion in Latin America.”
This new financing builds on a relationship between Jeeves and CIM spanning several years and raises the credit line from US$75 million to US$175 million, more than doubling the original amount. With this backing, Jeeves strengthens its position as the go-to financial partner for businesses seeking a unified platform to manage payments, corporate cards, and expenses across multiple geographies. The company now operates in more than 20 markets and serves high-growth businesses and corporations with regional operations, for which agility in expense management and access to flexible credit are essential to competing in global value chains.
