Inspira closes US$US$2,8 million Series A led by Cloud9 Capital
Inspira secured a $US$2,8 million Series A investment to expand its artificial intelligence platform, which optimizes legal research and management in Brazil.

Inspira, the Brazilian startup specializing in artificial intelligence solutions for the legal sector, announced the close of a $US$2,8 million Series A round (R$15 million). The investment was led by Cloud9 Capital and included participation from Vivo Ventures, with the aim of advancing the development of its platform and expanding its impact in Brazil’s legal market.
The company develops an AI-powered assistant that enables lawyers, law firms, corporate legal departments, and government institutions to optimize case law research and manage their processes from a single platform.
Artificial intelligence to transform legal research

Inspira’s offering aims to reduce the time legal professionals spend manually reviewing case files and court decisions. To do so, its platform combines legal research tools with work management features, facilitating access to relevant precedents and case management in a single environment.
The solution currently covers 86 courts and brings together approximately 83 million court decisions, a database that is updated daily to provide users with relevant, up-to-date information.
In addition to case law searches, the platform incorporates artificial intelligence capabilities to analyze legal documents, generate customized jurimetrics reports, and assist in drafting civil pleadings, streamlining tasks that traditionally require a considerable investment of time.
A platform designed to improve legal teams’ efficiency
Inspira’s technology combines artificial intelligence with data analysis to extract precise information from a large volume of court decisions, helping legal professionals make data-backed decisions.
Its features include access to millions of court rulings for specialized research, customized reports to strengthen decision-making, and fast, secure analysis of legal documents and cases.
The platform also facilitates the drafting of legal documents, helping reduce bureaucratic processes and optimize workflows in both law firms and corporate legal departments.

Growth backed by new investors
With this funding round, led by Cloud9 Capital and joined by Vivo Ventures, Inspira will seek to continue strengthening its technology platform and solidify its value proposition for Brazil’s legal sector.
The company is led by Rafael Grimaldi, the startup’s CEO, who is spearheading the development of a solution focused on improving the efficiency, collaboration, and quality of information used by legal teams through artificial intelligence and data analysis.
