Impacta VC and Oracle announce strategic alliance to drive the growth of Latin American startups

Santiago, Chile, December 2025. — Oracle, a global leader in cloud infrastructure and artificial intelligence tools, and Impacta VC, a Latin American fund specializing in impact startups, announced a strategic alliance aimed at advancing the technological and commercial growth of high-potential ventures in the region. The agreement was formalized at EtMday and will give startups in the Impacta VC community direct access to Oracle’s ecosystem of artificial intelligence, data, and business applications. The collaboration marks a key step in Impacta VC’s strategy to build a network of technological capabilities that can support the sustained growth of its community of entrepreneurs and investors in the coming years.

Through this collaboration, startups will be able to use technologies such as Oracle AI Data Platform, OCI AI Infrastructure and Oracle Database 26ai, gaining access to advanced capabilities for integrating generative AI, optimizing workloads, deploying autonomous agents, and working with enterprise data without having to move it between platforms. In addition, companies will receive technical guidance, specialized training, and support with go-to-market strategies to help them expand into new markets.

The alliance is built on the impact Oracle has made on startups in Latin America, supporting success stories such as Pipefy, Biofy, Movii and Rappi, which have used its infrastructure to cut costs, improve efficiency, scale internationally, and operate with greater security and performance. With this agreement, Impacta VC aims to replicate that path so more Latin American startups can compete globally from an early stage.

The initiative comes at a pivotal moment for the region, where the adoption of artificial intelligence is creating new investment opportunities, as well as more efficient and scalable business models. In this landscape, venture capital has taken on a central role by enabling tech startups to move more quickly toward market-ready solutions. Oracle’s infrastructure and expertise will help these companies move from prototypes to robust, AI-powered operations.

At the ecosystem level, the alliance also supports Impacta VC’s strategy to strengthen its presence through high-value spaces such as Impactaland, as part of Tech Week, where connections with corporations, investors, and strategic partners are essential. Thanks to this alliance, startups in the ImpactaVC community will gain early access to trends and tools they can put to work directly in their operations, accelerating their learning and growth cycles.

“At Oracle, we believe AI is no longer an experiment, but an economic engine capable of transforming entire industries. Our infrastructure, data, and applications were designed to work together from the outset, and this alliance with Impacta VC will allow us to bring that value to startups addressing real challenges in the region,” said Luis López Baraldini, Oracle’s High Tech Director for Spanish-speaking Latin America.
“For the startups we support, access to world-class technology like Oracle’s can make the difference between growing locally and scaling globally. This collaboration allows us to offer entrepreneurs in Latin America the tools, capabilities, and connections that will accelerate their impact in the region,” said David Alvo, founder and CEO of Impacta VC, emphasizing that the agreement also includes strategic support for entering corporate markets.

The agreement between Impacta VC and Oracle was formalized at the close of EtMday (the continent’s most important entrepreneurship, innovation, and investment event, organized by the nonprofit corporation Emprende tu Mente), where more than 7.550 meaningful connections between venture capital firms (VCs) and startups, and more than 300 meetings were held at the Impacta Lounge, alongside two VC and limited partner (LP) speed-dating-style business matchmaking sessions.

With this initiative, Oracle and Impacta VC are reaffirming their commitment to developing Latin America’s innovation ecosystem, strengthening regional competitiveness and enabling new generations of entrepreneurs to adopt artificial intelligence, data, and cloud technology as the foundation for future growth.
