Fast Track and Geodesic: AceleraLatam’s programs to accelerate and invest in the region’s best founders
AceleraLatam is accepting applications for Fast Track and Geodesic, programs that invest in and accelerate digital and science-based startups in LATAM.

AceleraLatam, one of the region’s most active accelerators, is accepting applications for Fast Track and Geodesic, its two programs designed to support digital and science-based startups at key stages of growth. Both programs offer guaranteed investment for selected startups and access to an active network of co-investors, mentors, and strategic partners.
“We started out very basic, but what has never changed is what I like most about this work: the energy of entrepreneurs. That speed in making decisions, that high energy... It’s contagious. Working with them is like being surrounded by high-performance athletes.” Queno Cantuarias, partner at AceleraLatam.
Geodesic: deep tech, climate impact, and the circular economy
Geodesic is a six-month program for science- or technology-based startups developing high-impact solutions related to climate change. The program focuses on science-based (Deep Tech) and circular economy startups operating in Latin America.
In this edition, Geodesic will accelerate 10 startups, divided into:
- 5 focused on the circular economy
- 5 Deep Tech startups with direct climate impact
Notable startups in the current cohort include:
- Nanolife (Chile, Seed) – Nanotechnology-based biotechnology for water decontamination, pest control, and soil restoration. AceleraLatam invested USD 200K.
- Nina Energy (Ecuador, Pre-Seed) – Devices that convert agricultural and forestry waste into energy. Investment: USD 220K.
Startups selected for Geodesic also receive direct investment from the start of the program. Over the six months, the AceleraLatam team works with each company to determine the investment amount and terms, facilitate co-investment, structure the round, and scale the solution in the market.
Program ambassador and lead
In this edition, a specialized circular economy track, led by José Manuel Moller, the UN Zero Waste ambassador and founder of Algramo, will join the program. He has more than 14 years of experience in the circular economy industry and will work directly with the five projects selected for this track.
“My mission right now is to help other founders replicate what Algramo has learned, specifically when it comes to raising capital focused on the circular economy,” said José Moller.

Along with sharing his knowledge and providing support, “El Cote Moller” (as he’s known in the ecosystem) will open up his network of climate tech investors based in Europe who are also interested in investing in Latin America. This is possible thanks to his current home in London, where he has strengthened his connections with key players in the European ecosystem.
Finally, El Cote told us about the 3 main challenges circular economy companies face when seeking investment, which will be covered in the program:
- The price users/customers in LATAM are willing to pay for a circular economy product.
- Changing user habits to encourage adoption of the new offering.
- The complexity of reverse logistics.

Fast Track: A seed accelerator and investor for LATAM startups
Fast Track is a three-month accelerator program for Seed-stage startups that have already validated their product in the market and are preparing to scale commercially. It is aimed at digital businesses—SaaS, PaaS, e-commerce, AI-native—with B2B or B2C models and operations focused on Latam.
“The difference from a pre-seed round is that here, 80% of the capital has to go toward sales, not product. You’ve validated it, you know users are paying, and now it’s time to sell and grow.” Queno Cantuarias, partner at AceleraLatam.
Selected startups receive direct investment from the start of the program, along with intensive support to define co-investment terms, round structure, and traction strategy.
Some of the companies that have taken part in recent Fast Track cohorts include:
- Ualabee (Argentina, Seed) – Data-driven urban mobility solution. Investment: USD 30K.
- Ruka (Chile, Pre-Seed) – AI agents that process, organize, and monitor your purchases. Investment: USD 30K.
- Eugenia.tech (Mexico, Pre-Seed) – Scan 3D photogrammetry specialists for the film, video game, and entertainment industries. Investment: USD 600K.
- NeutralFarming (Chile, Seed) – Technology platform for regenerative agriculture. Investment: USD 50K
You can apply to Fast Track before April 14 here
How to apply
Applications are open through AceleraLatam’s new website, and both calls are open until April 14.
The application process is simple: after applying online, the partners’ team assesses how well the project fits the program’s thesis. If there’s a match, the interview and evaluation process begins.
In addition to investment, selected startups join a community of more than 500 alumni, investors, advisors, and strategic partners who are part of the AceleraLatam ecosystem since 2017.
