Enerlink secures US$3.1 million, co-led by Kayyak Ventures and Dalus Capital, for its regional expansion
Enerlink raises US$3.1 million to expand across Latin America, strengthen its electric charging technology, and accelerate the adoption of electromobility.

Enerlink has just closed a US$3.1 million investment round to accelerate its international expansion, strengthen the development of new technologies, and consolidate its operations across Latin America, at a pivotal moment for the growth of electromobility in the region.
A key startup in Latin America’s electromobility ecosystem
Founded in 2017 by Sebastián Luque, José Ignacio Dusaillant, and Alberto Cárdenas, Enerlink has established itself as a strategic player by developing technological solutions that help companies and organizations efficiently manage their energy consumption, especially for electric fleets.
Its flagship innovation is a software platform for managing electric vehicle (EV) charging. The company currently operates in eight countries: Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Ecuador, Uruguay, Costa Rica, and Saint Lucia.
With a team of more than 50 employees, Enerlink processed more than 2 million charging transactions in 2025 and manages more than 30 charger brands, helping its customers optimize electric fleet operations and maximize the profitability of public charging stations.

Regional expansion and entry into new markets
According to its CEO, Sebastián Luque, the capital raised will help strengthen the company’s presence in its current markets and expand into new countries in the region, including Brazil, which currently leads Latin America in electric vehicle sales.
“We want to see a world where most transportation is electric, from private vehicles to buses, trucks, vans, and all kinds of land transport. To make that happen, charging needs to be done right, and that depends largely on good software and good service. That’s our focus, and it’s how we contribute to the future we want to see,” Luque said.
Technology platform and charging network
Enerlink’s Enerlink platforms integrate chargers, vehicles, and real-time operational data, making it possible to optimize charging schedules, balance power loads, and track emissions.
The company operates Chile’s largest public charging network and, together with its operations in Colombia and Mexico, has more than 3,000 electric vehicle charging points across the region.

Investment round details
The US$3.1 million round was co-led by Kayyak Ventures and Dalus Capital, with participation from Inder, the family office of businessman José Luis del Río. The capital will go toward regional expansion, technology development, and strengthening the company’s operations.
Customers, target market, and investor perspectives
Enerlink primarily serves fleet operators and public charging station operators, with a customer base of 180 companies. Notable customers include Walmart, Enex, Mercado Libre, and Cencosud in Chile, as well as Pepsico, City Energy, and Metrobus in Mexico.
Andrés Pesce, CEO of Kayyak Ventures, highlighted Enerlink’s role in transforming mobility in the region:
“The electromobility revolution represents a radical shift: moving from a handful of gasoline distributors to hundreds of independent electricity providers deploying a vast network of charging stations that require coordination and management. Enerlink already offers digital solutions to manage energy, data, payments, and roaming services across these networks, accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles in Latin America”.
In the same vein, Diego Serebrisky, Managing Partner at Dalus Capital, a Mexican venture capital fund, says:
“For electromobility to reach its full potential in Latin America, electric vehicles alone are not enough; we need intelligent, efficient infrastructure. We see Enerlink as a high-potential startup that is key to accelerating this transition. At Dalus, we are always looking for companies that use technology to unlock growth across entire industries, and energy management is one of our priority areas for supporting innovation in the region.”
With this new financing, Enerlink solidifies its position as a key player in transforming mobility across Latin America, strengthening its technology offering and expanding its impact in strategic markets, as it works toward a future where transportation electrification is accessible and efficient throughout the region.
