Einship raises US$1 million to expand its artificial intelligence platform for foreign trade

Einship, a Brazilian startup specializing in data intelligence and the management of foreign trade operations through artificial intelligence, announced the close of a US$1 million seed round led by the U.S. fund Parceiro Ventures. The investment will accelerate the development of new features, strengthen its commercial operations, and drive its expansion into international markets.

Investment to drive new AI capabilities and international expansion

The funds raised will go toward developing new artificial intelligence-based features, expanding the commercial team, strengthening the brand, and beginning the company’s internationalization process.

The strategy will focus on markets considered key to global foreign trade operations, where the company is already active and aims to expand its presence.

Luiz Policarpo, Einship’s founder and CEO, explained that companies in the sector face an increasingly complex decision-making environment.

"Companies operating in foreign trade must make hundreds of decisions every day in an environment shaped by currency volatility, regulatory changes, fluctuations in transportation costs, geopolitical risks, and increasingly complex logistics chains. Our goal is to help importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and logistics operators make decisions more quickly, safely, and efficiently."

Einship currently serves more than 100 clients, including APM Terminals, Allog Group, Capital Trade, and Ascensus Group.

On the new investment, Policarpo said:

"The addition of Parceiro Ventures validates the path we’ve taken and allows us to accelerate what was already working. The investment changes our speed, not our direction."

The startup already serves clients connected to some of the world’s main trade corridors, including Europe, China, and the United States.

With the new funding, the company plans to deepen its presence in these markets and selectively expand into new countries, strengthening its operations on an international scale.

Its artificial intelligence-based platform brings together market analysis, planning, and logistics chain execution in a single environment, helping optimize the management of foreign trade operations.

The company’s CEO said the goal for the next two years is to establish Einship as a leading technology infrastructure provider for the sector.

"Our ambition for the next 24 months is to make Einship the leading technology infrastructure for intelligence and optimization of foreign trade operations."

It later participated in a raise of nearly US$43,2 million for Paytrack, an approximately US$9 million Series A round for Next Fit, and an investment of around US$3,1 million in Morada.ai.

Before leading the investment in Einship, the fund also participated in Loopia’s seed round, which raised approximately US$1,2 million this year.
