Dapta acquires Beezion and strengthens its global AI-powered growth strategy
Dapta acquired Beezion to bring its Growth team in-house and strengthen its customer acquisition strategy with artificial intelligence, paid media, and commercial experimentation.

Dapta announced its acquisition of Beezion, the paid media agency it had worked with for more than two years, as part of a strategy to strengthen its demand-generation capabilities and accelerate its growth in the market for AI sales agents.
The deal, finalized in late May, brings the entire Beezion team into Dapta, with the aim of making Growth a strategic function in the company’s international expansion.
Dapta is bringing Beezion’s talent in-house
The company said the acquisition responds to a need to strengthen internally one of the areas it considers essential to competing in a market where technological development is no longer the only differentiator.
As artificial intelligence advances and barriers to software development fall, the ability to identify demand, reach new customers, and convert business opportunities has become a decisive factor in the growth of technology companies.
“After working together for two years, we realized that Beezion’s differentiator was its team: its creativity, the speed at which it executes, and how readily it adopts new technologies and turns them into results. We acquired the company because we wanted that talent focused exclusively on Dapta and able to operate with greater ambition, without the constraints of a traditional client-agency relationship,” said Nicolás Rojas, Dapta’s CEO and founder.
A strategy built on content, advertising, and artificial intelligence

Dapta currently publishes more than 550 organic social media posts a month and runs hundreds of ad tests through paid media campaigns.
Thanks to this strategy, the company books more than 1.000 demos a month in Latin America and the United States. It then uses its own AI agents to contact prospects, qualify them, and schedule sales meetings automatically.
Following Beezion’s integration, the company reported that its monthly active users exceeded 70.000 in the first month.
Beezion contributed more than US$100 million to the sales pipeline
Before joining Dapta, Beezion ran paid media campaigns for companies and organizations in the Latin American entrepreneurial ecosystem, including Finkargo, Colombia Tech Week, Treble and Bink.
During that period, the agency generated more than US$10 million in revenue attributable to advertising campaigns for its clients and helped build more than US$100 million in sales pipeline, focusing on turning marketing investment into measurable business opportunities.
The knowledge accumulated over more than two years of working together was also a decisive factor in closing the acquisition. Beezion already knew Dapta’s product, audiences, and commercial strategy, reducing the risks typically involved in integrating a new team.
Alejandro Sarmiento to lead global Growth strategy
As part of the integration, Alejandro Sarmiento, Beezion’s founder, became Dapta’s Head of Growth.
In this role, he will be responsible for accelerating commercial experimentation through new campaigns, formats, messaging, and acquisition channels, with the aim of driving hypergrowth strategies that will enable the company to multiply its expansion rate.
“We worked with Dapta for years and saw firsthand the growth we could generate through paid media. The decision to join the company became much clearer when I learned about Dapti and understood the potential of the new product. I saw a company with a real chance to become one of Latin America’s leading names in AI for sales, and I wanted to be part of that story,” said Alejandro Sarmiento.
The executive added that companies incorporating artificial intelligence into their sales processes can potentially triple the number of qualified meetings. He believes the discussion is no longer about whether this technology will transform sales, but how quickly organizations will be willing to adopt it.

Dapta aims to accelerate its international expansion
With this acquisition, Dapta aims to increase the speed at which it tests campaigns, identifies the messages that convert best, and scales the initiatives that deliver the strongest commercial results.
The platform currently has more than 187.000 users and customers in 24 countries. The company already operates in the United States, where its main office is located, and continues to expand its presence as a provider of AI sales agents in Spanish.
Beezion’s integration is part of this growth strategy, which focuses on increasing the conversion of users into customers, reducing the time it takes to bring products to market, and strengthening Dapta’s position in the global market for artificial intelligence applied to sales.
