Bianca AI raises US$500 thousand in a pre-seed round to expand its AI platform

Bianca AI announced the closing of an oversubscribed pre-seed round of US$500 thousand, led by Magma Partners and Matterscale Ventures, with participation from two angel investors affiliated with Kellogg, one of the world’s most prestigious business schools. The new funding will allow the company to accelerate its expansion in the Americas and strengthen the development of its artificial intelligence capabilities for the consumer goods industry.

Bianca AI aims to transform decision-making in the consumer goods industry

Consumer goods companies continue to face difficulties consolidating their operational information and turning it into timely decisions. Sales data is often spread across distributor systems, retail platforms, and spreadsheets, making it difficult for commercial teams to get a comprehensive view of the business before opportunities disappear.

To address this challenge, Bianca AI developed what Y Combinator calls a “company brain,” a platform that integrates internal data, such as ERP systems, distributor information, and Nielsen data, with external market signals to provide a unified view of operations.

Using this information as a foundation, its proprietary artificial intelligence technology identifies commercial risks and opportunities before they appear in traditional reports. Commercial teams then receive actionable insights through web and mobile tools designed for field execution, enabling them to make decisions every week without relying on manual processes or specialized data science teams.

The company operates in a global consumer goods market valued at approximately US$2,3 trillion and has focused its growth in the United States and Latin America, two markets where the sector remains highly dynamic.

Customers report improvements in sales and commercial execution

Currently, Bianca AI operates in the United States, Argentina, Mexico, and Peru, where it works with some of the region’s most prominent consumer goods companies.

According to the company, organizations using its platform have recorded an average increase of 14% in sales, as well as a 8% improvement in point-of-sale activation. These results have driven adoption of the solution among companies seeking to make commercial decisions more quickly and accurately.

With the new funding, Bianca AI will accelerate its expansion in the United States and Mexico while continuing to develop new AI-powered features to strengthen its commercial intelligence platform.

Founders and investors highlight the market’s potential

For Nicolás Casaux, CEO and co-founder of Bianca AI, the company’s mission grew out of his experience leading digital transformation initiatives in the consumer goods industry.

“Before founding Bianca, I led Coca-Cola’s largest digital initiative in the Eastern Hemisphere and saw firsthand how the world’s best-resourced brands struggle to turn their data into business decisions,” said Nicolás Casaux.
“We created Bianca so that any consumer goods company—not just those with thousands of data analysts—can operate with that level of intelligence. This round will allow us to accelerate our mission of bringing that capability to companies across the Americas.”

From the investors’ perspective, Bianca AI is solving one of the sector’s biggest technology challenges.

“For decades, consumer goods companies have lacked technology tools capable of responding to the complexity of their commercial operations and providing real-time visibility into what is happening in the market,” said Pedro Pablo del Campo, partner at Magma Partners.
“The Bianca team knows this problem from inside the industry. They deeply understand their customers’ needs, and that is already reflected in the adoption they have achieved with leading companies. Latin America is one of the fastest-growing consumer goods markets in the world, and Bianca is strategically positioned to seize that opportunity.”

A platform to unify data and accelerate business growth

Bianca AI describes itself as a company brain for consumer goods companies. Its platform unifies fragmented sales and distribution information, adds a proprietary artificial intelligence layer to detect commercial risks and opportunities, and delivers actionable insights to commercial teams weekly, eliminating reliance on manual reports and enabling a faster response to market changes.

The company currently operates in the United States, Argentina, Mexico, and Peru, and will use this new investment to continue strengthening its expansion in the Americas.

The investors backing this round have extensive experience supporting early-stage technology companies. Magma Partners is a venture capital firm focused on high-growth startups in Latin America, with investments in sectors such as fintech, healthcare, and SaaS, as well as providing strategic support to its portfolio companies. Matterscale Ventures, based in San Francisco, invests in artificial intelligence, fintech, and sustainable technology companies that use innovation to address large-scale structural challenges.
