ADN.VC closes its Fund 1 at $2M and plans to oversubscribe it by up to $3M before April 2026

The pre-seed fund, focused on Fintech and Proptech in LATAM, raised its initial target of US$2M and continues to bring in investors ahead of its final close. It has already invested in 8 startups and plans to build a portfolio of 24 startups over the next 3 years.

Lima, Peru — 4 February 2026. ADN.vc, a venture capital fund that invests in pre-seed Fintech and Proptech startups in Latin America, announced that it has already subscribed the minimum size for its Fund I (US$2M) and is raising its target to complete its fundraising at US$3M by April 2026, the deadline for accepting new investors.

ADN.vc will invest in a diversified portfolio of approximately 24 startups in the region. To date, the fund has invested in 8 companies and has a pipeline of more than 20 opportunities under active review, aiming to maintain an investment pace of about 1 startup per month.

Fund History and Investment Stage

  • Fund(s): ADN Fund I
  • Notable investments: Kira (MX, Cross-Border Payments), Lebane (ARG, Management for Real Estate Developers and Construction Companies), Finnecto (CL, Expense Management)
  • Stage: Pre-Seed and Seed
  • Investment amount: USD 50K - USD 150K

A team of 3 angel investors and former founders

ADN.VC was founded by entrepreneurs with more than 15 years of experience building, scaling, and financing startups in Latin America. Before raising their own fund, ADN.vc's partners went through the full founder journey: from the earliest stages to growth and exit. Alberto Arrieta leads Zeta, a legal and financial boutique specializing in venture capital; Diego Alfageme co-founded Doktuz+ and La Mezcladora; and Nicolás Di Pace founded and led Culqi, a payments fintech acquired by Credicorp in 2019. This operating experience shapes how the fund evaluates risk, supports teams, and creates value from the earliest stages.

“In LATAM, talent is abundant; what’s scarce is genuine support. Our approach is to be the partner that opens doors to customers, capital, and expertise,” said the ADN.vc team, a firm founded by Alberto Arrieta, Diego Alfageme and Nicolás Di Pace, three partners with complementary backgrounds in law, VC, fintech, and real estate. A portfolio with traction and external validation

Since beginning its investments, ADN.vc reports that portfolio startups have increased their revenue by +65% compared with their revenue at the time of investment (aggregate metric). In addition, portfolio companies have continued to raise capital in significant rounds, including:

  • Kira, which announced a US$6.7M Seed round (August 2025). (PR Newswire)
  • Finnecto, which closed a US$1.7M Pre-Seed round (May/June 2025). (Diario Financiero)
  • Lebane, which will announce the close of its US$ 4M Seed round

At the same time, ADN.vc was recognized as “Breakthrough VC of the Year” at the PropTech Latam Awards 2025, highlighting its position at the intersection of real estate technology and financial services. (PropTech Latam)

A clear thesis at the intersection of Fintech + Proptech

ADN.vc invests in pre-seed and seed-stage Fintech and Proptech startups in Latin America, with a thesis focused on financial technology that solves real estate challenges. This specialization enables the fund to assess opportunities more discerningly and create value through its active network of corporations and co-investors. ADN.vc's investment thesis aims to close structural gaps in housing, infrastructure, and access to credit across the region.

A “hands-on” fund by design

ADN.vc operates with a deliberately founder-focused model: direct support with strategy and execution, with an emphasis on business development and fundraising introductions, as well as expert support from the partners in their respective areas of specialization: Legal and VC (Alberto), Finance and Growth (Diego), and Product and Tech (Nicolás). This approach aligns with the fund's thesis of investing in “infrastructure” for financial inclusion and access to housing, as well as its agile, startup-style operations. (Venture Capital Mx)

Final window for investors

The fund indicated that its final close in March 2026 marks the last opportunity to bring new investors into the vehicle, at a time when the portfolio is already underway but a significant portion of the fund's capital remains to be deployed in the coming months.
