AdmiralONE raises USD $462 thousand, acquires two startups and adds a new co-founder and CTO

Chilean RegTech startup AdmiralONE, a SaaS platform that automates and simplifies regulatory compliance, raised USD 460.000 in angel investment. The funds enabled it to acquire Chilean startups Confiden and GeniaControl, both focused on digital solutions for risk management, whistleblowing channels and legal compliance.

Just six months after its launch, AdmiralONE has already earned significant validation:

  • It won first place in the 2024 Innovation Award (InnovaDay), just two months after entering the market.
  • It was selected by Acelera Latam, which is also joining its ownership structure as a partner.
  • It welcomes Daniel Vargas as its new Co-Founder and CTO, bringing more than 20 years of experience developing systems for businesses. Daniel holds a Master’s degree (candidate) in Data Science, teaches Artificial Intelligence at Universidad Andrés Bello, and has led projects in technology applied to compliance, privacy and digital systems. He has been CEO and founder of several tech startups, including Aurafy (AI applied to business processes) and Signtum (electronic signatures). He also served as Director of Projects at Doctum for more than 16 years and was president of the Santiago chapter of the Government Blockchain Association. His experience with technologies such as AI, AWS, Google Cloud, data governance and cybersecurity strengthens the technical roadmap of AdmiralONE.

AdmiralONE’s product

The product is positioned as a solution for companies that must adapt to new requirements, such as the Economic Crimes Act (Law 21.595) and the recent UAF Circular No. 62, which requires thousands of organizations to implement whistleblowing channels, due diligence processes, training, internal policies and suspicious transaction reports.

“We want compliance with the law to stop being a burden. This round validates our vision: democratizing access to regulatory compliance through technology and automation,” says José Ignacio Camus, Co-Founder of AdmiralONE.

With active customers in highly regulated sectors and plans for regional expansion, AdmiralONE aims to become the compliance standard for companies that need to comply with the law simply, transparently and effectively.
