Propel Foods is a women-led Mexican foodtech building plant-based proteins made for Mexican food. Our frozen, ready-to-cook line — Pastor, Bistec, Chorizo, Pollo Deshebrado, Birria and Carne Molida — delivers the taste and texture of real meat, winning blind taste tests while staying clean-label and high in protein and fiber.

Founded in 2022 in Mexico City, we produce in our own plant and sell through three channels:

• Foodservice (B2B): Google, Sodexo, La Otilia and others
• Retail (B2B2C): Justo, Súper Naturista, Vegan Label, Tiendas UNAM
• Direct-to-consumer: e-commerce plus Rappi and Uber Eats
