What we're building
PartRunner is an AI-powered logistics marketplace for Big & Bulky freight in Latin America. We connect enterprise shippers — Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Libre, Elektra, Coppel, Sony — to a certified network of 4,000+ affiliated small fleets across ~50 cities in Mexico, covering first, middle and last mile with vehicles from 1 to 18 tons. Our platform automates quoting, fleet matching, document verification and payments, turning a process that traditionally takes days into minutes. The model is asset-light: we own no trucks and earn a ~20% take rate on gross route revenue, with 97% fulfillment and 95% last-mile SLA compliance.
