Komistar is an AI agent that runs a restaurant's WhatsApp ordering end to end.

It understands how people actually write (one long message or many short ones, voice notes, photos, typos), builds the order from the restaurant's menu, stock and prices, reads the full order and total back to the customer before sending it to the kitchen, takes payment (cash, card, bank transfer or QR), validates transfer receipts automatically and prints the ticket in the right kitchen. Complaints and unusual cases are handed over to the restaurant's staff.

At the restaurants using it, 99.8% of orders are taken and confirmed by the AI alone, average reply time is 24 seconds, and 93% of transfer receipts are validated automatically.
