Cloud Tecnologías is a Chilean B2B SaaS company founded in 2018, specializing in retail technology, customer loyalty, and AI-powered commercial optimization across Latin America.

Our mission is to help retailers increase customer loyalty, grow sales, and improve profitability by transforming commercial data into smarter, more effective business decisions.

Our core product, CloudPromo, is a modular omnichannel platform that enables retailers to manage promotions, coupons, loyalty programs, rewards, gift cards, customer segmentation, and retail analytics. It integrates with existing POS, e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and enterprise systems, providing a flexible and scalable solution for physical and digital retail operations.

CloudPromo has been implemented in more than 10 retailers across Latin America, including Grupo Falabella, Fashion's Park, Disco Uruguay, Olímpica, Circle K, Parisina, and Samsonite, demonstrating our ability to deliver enterprise-grade solutions in diverse retail environments.

Building on this established platform, we are developing an AI-powered Retail Margin Optimizer that coordinates pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions to maximize profitability. By combining advanced machine learning, multi-agent reinforcement learning, graph neural networks, and digital twin simulations, our technology aims to help retailers anticipate demand, reduce stockouts and waste, improve promotional effectiveness, and make more profitable decisions at the individual store and product level.

Our Margin Optimizer is currently undergoing validation through a pilot with a company in the fuel retail industry, with planned applications in convenience stores.
