What is Product Market Fit?

Product Market Fit, also abbreviated as PMF, is the moment when your product is in demand in the market, rather than simply being offered by you. In other words, it is the moment when the company no longer needs to go out and sell the product; instead, customers come to you and ask for it.

It can also be seen as the moment when users start returning. Once you achieve PMF, the LTV of the company begins to grow and CAC begins to decline.
